Production is handled in-house, which gives us a 99% on-time delivery rate. Actual lead time depends on order volume, fabric availability and printing method — message Jenn and she'll give you an exact estimate up front.

Our Customade palette has 40 colours, each with its own code (CODE 1–40) — for example Lemon Yellow, Snow White, Navy Blue, Royal Blue, Coal Black, Apple Green, Chili Red, Ruby Red, Mandarin Orange, Forest Green, Sky Blue, Lavender Purple, Maroon and many more. We offer the standard range used in custom apparel — silk screen, sublimation, heat transfer and computerised embroidery. On the design flow you'll see the options that suit your fabric. If you're unsure which to pick, Jenn will recommend the best fit based on your design and order quantity.

Yes. The design page updates in real time — your colours, logo position and size all appear on the canvas as you choose. On the Review page you'll see the full front and back preview. When you send the order, we automatically generate a design card image and attach it to your WhatsApp message so we both have a record.

We split fabrics between two flows:

• Cotton — 100% combed cotton, soft and breathable.
• Hybrid Microfiber Cotton — cotton handfeel with microfiber performance.
• Microfiber — quick-dry, lightweight, sport-grade.
• Lacoste — classic piqué weave.
• Denim — denim-style pieces.
• F1 Uniform — racing / corporate uniform style.
• Jacket — outerwear and windbreakers.
• Accessories — towels, aprons, caps and other small goods.

• Customade — build a shirt from scratch (fabric, collar, sleeve, colours, logo). MOQ 50 pcs per design.
• Readystock — pre-made pieces; just choose colour, size and quantity. No fixed MOQ.
• Photo Template — fixed pre-designed templates where you add your own logo. Quick way to order without designing.
